Turn off electricity at circuit breaker or main fuse box before installation. Consult a licensed electrician if in doubt.
These instructions are provided for your safety. It is very important you read them completely before installing the fixture. We strongly
recommend that a licensed, professional electrician perform the installation.
Disconnect fixture from power source before replacing bulbs. Make sure bulbs are given sufficient time to cool before removal. Do not subject
glass parts to any shock while in operation or shattering may result.

STEP 1
Install Shade and Plug

A. Attach the Shade (A) onto the Shade Holder and secure with the
Lock Balls (B). Hand tighten until snug with screwdrivers.
B. Adjust the Support Arm and the Shade Holder to proper location by
adjust the Ajustment Buttons.
C. Insert the Plug (C) into the Base (D) as shown.
Your fixture is now assembled and ready to use. Enjoy!

A. Remove the shade from the fixture by unscrewing the lock balls.
B. Unscrew the lock screws from the shade and remove the diffuser
from the shade.
C. Unscrew the screws on the LED Lamps and remove the LED lamp.
Pull out the connectors from the fixture and seperate the
connectors on the wires.
D. Connect the female connector of the replacement LED lamp to the
male connector from fixture. Attach the LED lamp into the shade
holder and secure with the removed lock screws.
E. Place the diffuser back onto the shade and secure with the
removed screws. Hand tighten until snug. Attach the shade back
onto the shade holder and secure with the lock balls. Hand tighten
until snug.
