10: Connect the white transformer wire to the neutral power
wire with a wire nut.
11: Connect the black transformer wire to the hot power wire
with a wire nut.
12: Hook one of the transformer cover screw holes next to the
rectangle cutout, onto the Monorail feed contact set screw.

13: Place the transformer cover onto the transformer housing.
Replace and tighten the five M4 button head screws with
the 2mm Allen wrench.
Install the Monorail to the
Transformer
NOTE:
the Monorail while connecting Monorail to the surface mount
transformer (refer to the instructions provided with the standoffs).
The proper size standoffs should be installed to support
1: Unscrew the caps from the power housing.
2: Slightly loosen the two 3/8-24 set screws on the caps with
the 3/16 Allen wrench provided, DO NOT REMOVE IT.
3: Place a Monorail section into the standoff and power
housings.
4: While supporting the Monorail section, screw (Do Not
Tighten Completely) the standoff housing to the standoff
housing nipples to support the Monorail section (refer to the
instructions provided with the standoff).
5: Screw (Do Not Tighten Completely) the caps to the
power housings to hold the Monorail section.
6: Slide the Monorail section so that the end slightly passes
through both power housings.
7: Insert the provided isolating connectors into that end of the
Monorail section. Make sure that the set screws on the
isolating connectors are visible.
