Upgrading Your Operating System
Upgrading the Dell|EMC SAN Gateway
Solution Software Components
To enable the Dell|EMC SAN Gateway solution as a cluster, you must
update the operating system to Windows Unified Data Storage Server 2003,
Enterprise Edition. Along with updating the operating system, you must
perform the following:
1 Log in as administrator. Exit from the Dell Storage Initialization
wizard, PowerVault NX1950 Configuration Tasks wizard, and
PowerVault NX1950 Management Console.
2 Download and run the following utilities located on the Dell Support
website at support.dell.com:

Dell Storage Initialization wizard
NOTE:
When you are prompted to select either
Repair or Remove,
select
Repair.

Dell PowerVault NX1950 Firewall Script Batch File - Gateway
Enterprise
NOTE:
Verify that the firewall in turned on.
