1. Follow the instructions in" Before Working Inside Your Computer ."
2. Remove the hard drive .
3. Remove the optical drive .
4. Remove the memory module .
5. Remove the keyboard .
6. Remove the Mini PCI card .
7. Remove the modem .
8. Remove the display assembly .
9. Remove the palm rest .
10. Remove the microprocessor thermal-cooling assembly .
11. Remove the microprocessor .
12. Remove the speakers .
13. Remove the system board .
