Replacing the Cooling Assembly

Procedure
1 Align the screws on the cooling assembly with the screw holes on the
system board.
2 Tighten the captive screws that secure the cooling assembly to the system board.
3 Connect the fan cable to the system board.
4 Connect the display cable to the system board.
5 Route the display cable through its routing guide on the fan.

3 Replace the hard drive. See "Replacing the Hard Drive" on page 21.
4 Replace the optical drive. See "Replacing the Optical Drive" on page 18.
