Removing the Display Cable
1.
Follow the procedures in
Before Working Inside Your Computer
.
2.
Remove the
battery
from the computer.
3.
Remove the
keyboard
from the computer.
4.
Remove the
access panel
from the computer.
5.
Remove the
display assembly
from the computer.
6.
Remove the
display bezel
from the display assembly.
7.
Remove the
display panel
from the display assembly.
8.
Gently peel back the tape that secures the display data cable to the display panel.
9.
Disconnect and remove the display data cable from the display panel.
