Replacing the I/O Board

Procedure
1 Slide the I/O-board cable into the I/O-board connector and press down
on the connector latch to secure the cable.
2 Turn the I/O board over and snap the I/O board into place.
Post-requisites
1 Follow the procedure from step 3 to step 9 in “Replacing the Palm Rest ”.
2 Replace the keyboard .
3 Follow the procedure from step 4 to step 6 in “Replacing the Hard Drive ”.
4 Replace the base cover .
5 Replace the battery .
