Replacing the Display

Assembly

Procedure

1

Slide the display hinges under the tab on the computer base and align the

screw holes on the display hinges with the screw holes on the computer

base.

2 Replace the screws that secure the display hinges to the computer base.
3 Route the antenna cables through the routing guides on the computer

base.

4 Connect the display cable to the system board.
5 Adhere the tape that secures the display cable to the system board.
6 Slide the antenna cables through the slot on the computer base.
7

Close the display and turn the computer over.

8 Route the antenna cables through the routing guide on the computer

base.

9 Connect the antenna cables to the wireless card. See "Replacing the

Wireless Card

".

10 Turn the computer over and open the display as far as possible.
