Removing the Center Control Cover
1. Follow the procedures in Before You Begin .
2. Remove the screw securing the center control cover from the battery bay.
3. Turn the computer over and open the display as far as possible.
4. Pry out the center control cover with a plastic scribe starting from the battery bay location at the back of the computer.
5. Ease the center control cover up.

CAUTION: To avoid electrostatic discharge, ground yourself by using a wrist= grounding strap or by periodically touching an unpainted metal

CAUTION: To help prevent damage to the system board, remove the main battery (see Before Working Inside Your Computer ) before working
