To an S video equipped VCR
If your VCR has an S video output jack, make the
connection as follows. Whenever you connect the cable
to the S VIDEO connector, the TV automatically
receives S video signals.
Without a cable box
(Rear of Feature box)
Note
Video signals are composed of Y (luminance) and C (chroma)
signals. The S connection sends the two signals separately
preventing degradation, and gives better picture quality
compared to conventional connection.
