Enhanced hardware warranty services, such as after-hour or weekend coverage,
faster response time, and service in an HP Excluded Travel Area, may be available
from HP or Reseller at additional charge.
To complement HP's hardware warranty services, network and software support
services are also available:
• "Bundled" per-incident network support,
• Annual network support, and
• Annual network support and server application support
These services are available to provide a total hardware and software solution.
