Diffused light eiiminates harsh shadows and creates
attractive portraits. There are two ways to diffuse iight;
1. Bounce iight off a broad reflective surface such as
the ceiling;
2. Use a diffuser between the fiash and the subject.
Direct flash: Harsti, unflattering
lighting.
Bounce flash: Soft, natural looking
lighting.
