DS1 Network Loopup
DS1 Network Loopup
Sends an out-of-band (FDL) loopup or loopdown code over the drop DS1. The Network Interface Unit
(NIU), such as a “Smart Jack,” should loop the received DS1 payload back to the DS1 transmit output.
See Figure 15-8.
Note: This command works with ESF framing and T1.403 FDL.
Syntax: send ds1 <n> network <loopup|loopdown>
