Set the date and time when you first begin using the camera and if
you change the lithium battery without back-up power.
See p. 33 for recording the date and time.
Exampie: Setting the date to 20 March, 1994 and the time to 2:35
p.m.
1. Turn the camera on by pressing the OPERATE
button.
• The OPERATE indicator iights up.
2. Press and hold the DATE button for more than 3
seconds. Bigi
• The date and time are displayed in the viewfinder.
• The year dispiay fiashes.
