V. OPTIONAL BP-8 AA BATTERY PACK
Use the BP-8 AA Battery Pack if you want to use AA-size batteries. Both
AA-size alkaline (LR6) or AA-size Ni-Cd (KR15/51) batteries can be used.
Alkaline-manganese or Ni-Cd batteries are recommended. AA-size lithium batteries should
not be used as they have a high voltage level which can damage the camera’s electronic
circuits.
