This camera is equipped with the advanced “In­
telligent Program AE’’ which chooses the best

shutter speed/aperture combinations, taking the

lens focal length into account. When the auto­

matically-set shutter speed becomes 0 to 0.5 steps

below 1/focal length of the lens in use, the
camera-shake warning sounds. The shutter speed

of 1/focal length of the lens is generally said to be
the limit for hand-held shooting.
