How to store and ferment Cabbage Kimchi/
Radish Kimchi/Broth Kimchi
To store Kimchi in the top compartment and
ferment K i m c h i in the bottom compartment

Press the Start/Set button.
• When the lock lamp next to the Start/Set button is ( ) turned off,
you can select the button.
Press the Function selection button.
• Press the "Function selection" button to select Store at top compartment
and Ferment at bottom compartment.
Press Store at top compartment button.
• Press the "Store at top compartment" button to select the storing
temperature of Mid, Mid and Max.
Press the Ferment at bottom compartment button.
• Press the "Ferment at bottom compartment" button to select the fermenting
degree of the cabbage Kimchi from Fresh, Standard and Mature.
Press the Store at bottom compartment button.
• Press the "Store at bottom compartment" button to select the storing
temperature of Mid, Mid and Max.
