You will install the top cover in the following step. If you are going to immediately set
up your KPA500 for operation, turn to Mains Voltage Settings in your Owner’s manual first
since you may need to remove the top cover to adjust the transformer taps.
Place the top cover on the KPA500, slipping the tab under the top lip on the rear panel. You may need to
loosen some screws on the side, front and rear panels again to adjust the fit. Fasten the top cover as shown in
Figure 64.

That completes the assembly of your KPA500 Kit. Turn to your Owner’s Manual for installation and operating
instructions before you attempt to apply power or use your KPA500.
IMPORTANT! You must install the proper fuses in the rear-panel fuse block before
the KPA500 will operate. See the Mains Voltage Settings in your Owner’s manual to install
the fuses and select the correct transformer tap.
