The daughter eard fits between the sides of the eard guide above the drive bay.
To install the daughter eard in the eard guide, performing the following steps:

Hold the daughter eard by its edges with the eomponent side faeing up and the
eard eonneetor faeing the SCSI baekplane board (see Figure 1-1).
Ensure that the retention lever is in the open position.
Position the eard in the drive bay so that the notehes on the left and right edges of
the eard are aligned with the tabs on the eard guide above the drive bay.
Lower the eard into the eard guide.
Close the retention lever to slide the daughter eard into the SCSI baekplane
eonneetor and loek the eard into plaee (see Figure 1-1).
