Troubleshooting

LabQuest is listed, but LabQuest Viewer fails to connect.

1. Verify the LabQuest and/or computer Wi-Fi signal strength is good. Relocate devices if

necessary.

2. Connect your computer and LabQuest to a different network.

3. If using LabQuest 2, try connecting over USB instead of Wi-Fi. For more information, see

LabQuest is not shown in the LabQuest Viewer list.

1. Verify LabQuest has power and is turned on.

2. Verify Wi-Fi and LabQuest Viewer are enabled on LabQuest.

3. Verify the computer running LabQuest Viewer software is connected to the same network

(and subnet) as your LabQuest.

4. Refresh the list.

LabQuest password does not let me connect to LabQuest.

1. Verify you are entering the correct, case-sensitive password. To find the password

Launch the Connections app from the Home screen, and then tap the Viewer gear.
