System, the first portable multifunction flight
display (MFD) with 3D synthetic vision. This
Quick Start Guide helps you set up and prepare
your AV8OR 3D System for use.
For your convenience, this Quick Start Guide is
furnished in hardcopy and is also available in
electronic format on the AV8OR 3D Tablet PC.
More complete and detailed information is
available in the AV8OR 3D User’s Guide, also
furnished in electronic format. To access the
latest AV8OR 3D information and help, visit

Note that if you purchased the AV8OR 3D software
and Inertial Navigation Unit (INU) without a
Samsung Tablet PC, you must provide your own
Tablet PC and install the AV8OR 3D software
yourself using the supplied DVD.
Unpacking Your AV8OR 3D System
Confirm that you have the following items:
• Samsung Tablet PC Kit,
including Indoor AC Power Adapter and stylus
• AV8OR 3D Inertial Navigation Unit (INU)
• Aircraft 12V/28V DC Power Adapter with
cables
• GPS antenna or DUO GPS/XM antenna
• DVD for AV8OR 3D System reinstallation
