move closer to the base unit or place the handset on the base unit.

To select the receiver volume

You can select the receiver volume between HIGH and NORMAL during a

call with the handset. NORMAL is the factory setting.

Press (VOLUME/RING^.

—Each time you press, you hear the next volume setting.

If noise interferes with the conversation

Press [CH] to select a clear channel or move closer to the base unit.

—The selected channel number is displayed.
