5.3 How to Clear a Paper Jam

Paper Jam 1
When a paper jam occurs in the paper feed input area, the display will
show “JAM 1 J01".

Solution:
Remove upper and lower paper cassettes.
Press clamshell release button. Clamshell will open automatically.

Remove drum unit.
Remove developer unit.

Loosen the two green screws of guide plate.
(The green screws cannot remove.)
