TOR FAN, SWITCH-ON OF CELL LIGHT - the compressor and the evaporator
fan will be switched off (at maximum for time i3 or until the input is
deactivated) and the cell light will be switched on (only if
u0/u1 = 0, until the input is deactivated) (29)
