As it can be seen in the scope traces above, the increase of Reluctor Gain from 0 to 5 has
altered the reluctor signal to give the processor a clean filtered digital signal to work with. If
the Reluctor gain was left on a value of 0, the ECU would experience problems with RPM
and consequently with Ignition timing.
