Recording a title
■ Inserting a title in the normai titling mode at
the beginning of a recording
Press the TITLE FUNCTION ON/OFF button to
make the title appear in the electronic viewfinder
(EVF).

Press the recording start/stop button to start
shooting.
• To stop the superimposition of the titie, press
the TiTLE FUNCTiON ON/OFF button again.

Press the recording start/stop button to start
shooting.
At the point where you want to insert the titie,
press the TiTLE FUNCTION ON/OFF button. (The
superimposed title can be seen in the eiectronic
viewfinder (EVF).
• To stop the superimposition of the titie, press
the TiTLE FUNCTION ON/OFF button again.
Character generator
The use of the optionai character generator makes it
possible to record titles, time, date and stopwatch
while shooting.
Attaching
Use the shoe adaptor that is supplied with the unit.
• Before attaching the character generator, turn the
Camcorder off.
Attach the character generator to the shoe
adaptor.
Insert the plug of the character generator cord
into the character generator terminal.
For the operation of the character generator, see
the operating instructions of the character
generator.
Be sure to pass the connection cable in front of the
electronic viewfinder (EVF).
