U sing the A utomatic V olume L imiter (AVL) C ontrol

A utomatic Volume Limiter (AVL)
allows you to preset a desired
volume level that the TV sound will
not go above or exceed. This makes
for an even, more consistent sound
by reducing the “peaks” and “val­
leys" that can occur during commer­
cials and other program breaks.

With the Main Menu onscreen
press the Menu button repeatedly ,
or use the Cursor (A) Up and
Down (▼) buttons, to select AVL
with the TV’s highlight control bar.

Press the Cursor Right (►) or
Left (-^ ) button on the remote to
turn the AVL control On (or Off).
Press the STATUS/EXIT button
to remove the menu.

T Tse the Volume Bar control to see
Cy the TV’s volume level settings
on the TV screen. The Volume Bar
will appear when the VOL(ume) but­
tons are pressed.
