The default name for your phone hotspot is [306SH]XXX. You can change the name by
touching Wi-Fi hotspot settings > the Network SSID field from the Wi-Fi hotspot settings
screen.
3. Select this phone and follow your onscreen instructions to enter the passkey (provided on the
Mobile Hotspot page).
The device is connected via your phone’s Mobile Hotspot.
4. Launch your Web browser to confirm you have an Internet connection.

To change the Wi-Fi hotspot settings, touch Wi-Fi hotspot settings to change the
necessary settings.
Tips: You can change the maximum number of devices allowed to be connected to your Wi-Fi
hotspot. Touch Wi-Fi hotspot maximum connections, select the number, and touch OK.
Tethering
Use Tethering to share your device’s Internet connection with a computer that connects to your
device via USB cable, or by Bluetooth.

at sprint.com/mysprint or access your account via Sprint Zone (touch > Sprint Zone ) to
