Airplane Mode
Airplane mode turns off all functions that emit or receive signals, while leaving your phone on so you
can use apps that don’t require a signal or data.
Airplane Mode Cautions
If you turn on airplane mode while Wi-Fi and Bluetooth
®
are enabled, connectivity with either is
then disabled. Any data communication occurring when airplane mode is turned on are
discontinued.
If Wi-Fi or Bluetooth ® are turned on after turning on airplane mode, you can connect with Wi-Fi
or Bluetooth ® even while in airplane mode. Use these functions after confirming that
communication is permitted in your location.
To turn on airplane mode:
1. Press and hold the Power key to display the device options menu.
