A WI-FI tab appears when Wi-Fi usage status is enabled. Touch this tab to view mobile
data usage for Wi-Fi.

Enable Restriction on usage of mobile data with Wi-Fi: From the Data usage window,
touch > Mobile hotspots.

When entering a check mark next to the available Wi-Fi networks to enable, you can restrict
apps from using these networks when in the background, and you can configure apps to
warn you before using these networks for large downloads.

Setting Description
Airplane mode Disable all settings that emit or receive signals. Phone stays powered
on.
Default SMS app Set a default SMS app.
Tethering & portable
hotspot Configure settings for tethering and Wi-Fi hotspots. For more

Mobile Hotspot and Tethering .
VPN Add a Virtual Private Network (VPN).
Mobile networks Set a network mode, etc.
Cell broadcasts Set emergency alert notifications.
