Thank you for purchasing the Vexilar Blue Box Carrying Case. This sheet

provides simple instructions on how to assemble your new case.

Parts Included

1 - Transducer Nest

2 - #8 x 1-1/4” Screw

2 - #8 x 2” Screw

4 - #10 x 3/4” Screw

2 - #10 x 5/8" Flathead Screw

1 - Transducer Support Eye Bolt

1 - Eye Bolt Nut

1. Attach the transducer nest to the inside of

the carry case rear using the supplied flat head screws.

2. Set your battery into the rear of the case, a making sure the terminals are away from

the transducer nest.

3. Mate the rear housing to the front housing and use the two #8 x 1-1/4” screws to

secure the top of the case together. Then, use the two #8 x 2” screws to secure the
bottom of the carry case.

4. Mount your sonar or GPS unit to the case. Holes are predrilled for Vexilar products.

Use the four #10 x 3/4” screws here. If you need to drill new holes, be sure there is
room for the cable connections behind the unit.

5. Route the power cable for the sonar or GPS unit down and under the handle,

bringing the cord up next to the battery.

6. Thread the nut onto the eye bolt. Thread the eye bolt into the hole at the very front

of the case. Back off the nut until it is tight against the case. This keeps the
eye-bolt securely in place. You can hang a Vexilar Ice-ducer from the eye instead of
using the float if desired.

Vexilar accessories, such as the Battery Status Indicator or Vexilar Flexlight can be
mounted

the

case
