1. READ AND FOLLOW ALL DIRECTIONS.
2. Caster locks should be used to hold chart cart in place.
3. NEVER place cart on a table, stand or other objects; Cart could fall; INJURY MAY OCCUR.
4. NEVER leave cart in front of a door; During emergency, cart could block or hinder evacuation.
5. DO NOT allow children to play with cart; Cart could tip and INJURY MAY OCCUR.
6. Periodically, recheck tightness of all nuts, bolts and screws.
7. Cart should ALWAYS be positioned on level surface.
8. NEVER stand or ride on cart; This could damage cart; INJURY MAY OCCUR.
9. DO NOT use cart in or with ANY type of vehicle or trailer.
10. DO NOT attach objects to chart cart; Cart can tip over and INJURY MAY OCCUR.
11. Immediately remove from service; Any chart cart with broken or missing parts, or other signs of damage.
12. USE ONLY WINCO AUTHORIZED REPLACEMENT PARTS.
13. SAVE THESE INSTRUCTIONS for future reference and training.

CUSTOMER INSTRUCTIONS





















Tools needed:


 Scissors or box cutter



1. After checking your product for any shipping damage; Remove all packing material and hardware that was

secured for shipping. Cut tape and plastic with scissors.

CASTER INSTALLATION

2. Lay cart on side, on a carpeted (or similar) level surface to protect paint finish.

3. Insert caster stems into ends of cart legs until they snap into place. (FIG.1)
