The child nestrainT musl be secured properly in ihe right
front passenger seat. If your vehicle has a passenger
air bag, newer use a rear-lacing child restrairrt in
this vehicle Here's why:

CAUTION:

A child in a rear-feeing child restraint can be
seriously injured or killed if the air bag inllates.
This is because the back of the rear-facing
child restraint would ba very close to the
inflating air bag. Do net use a raar'^facing child
restraint in this vehicle.

If a forward-facing child restraint Is suitable for
your childn first move the front passenger seat
as far back as it will go.

Keep in rnind that an unsecured child restraint can
move around In a collision or suddan stop and injure
