6 To lighten Ihe belt, taod the lap tielt back Into tho
retractor whiJE you push down on the chNd restraint.
You may find it helpful to use your knee to push
down on the child restraint as you tighten the hefl.
7. Push and puEl the child restraint in different
directions to be sure it is secure.
