To Adjust the Ruffler for Plain Gathering

gather,

stroke

the

by

turning

the

adjusting

screw

a fidler gather, lengthen the stroke of the ruilling

blade

by

turning

the

adjusting

screw

down,

also

lengthen

the

stitch.

Insert the material to be milled between the two
