STRAIGHT STITCH
1. This type of stitching is the one used most frequently.
2. The zig-zag presser foot can be used for both straight and zig-zag sewing.
3. For sewing li^t fabric, use smaller stitch size and left needle position.
(Refer to page 16 for dial setting).

Zig-zag stitching is a general purpose stitch.
Satin stitching is a "closed up", very short stitch
length, and can be used for sewing initials,
patterns, applique, etc.
