16. There are two wires attached to the On/Off

switch assembly. See Figure 7. Each wire has a
different colored connector at the other end.

17. Connect these two wires to the two loose
wires that lead from the engine (see arrow in

Figure 8). Snap together the two sets of wires
having the same connector colors (red to red

and white to white).

Secure the throttle cable and the On/Off

switch wires to the lower and upper handlebars
with two plastic ties (Figure 9). The serrated
side of the ties should be on the inside when you

loop the tie around the handlebar, wire and throt­

tle cable. Tighten the tie by pulling on its loose

end. Snip off any excess tie length.

19.

Inspect the machine and tighten any loose

hardware.
IMPORTANT: Do not tighten or adjust the engine
governor screw shown in Figure 9A. It is factory-
adjusted for proper engine operation!
