QUICK REFERENCE GUIDE:

To arm/lock using your remote

■ Pressing

for one second will arm the system and lock the doors.

The red LED will begin to flash once per second. The Failsafe® Starter
Kill will prevent the vehicle’s starter from cranking if it has been in-
stalled. The vehicle’s horn (if connected) will honk and the parking
lights will flash once to confirm arming of the system.

To disarm/unlock using your remote

■ To disarm the system and unlock the doors, press

for one second.

The Failsafe® Starter Kill will be deactivated and the vehicle’s horn (if
connected) will honk twice and the parking lights will flash twice.

Disabling the Failsafe® Starter Kill without a transmitter

■ To do this, you must have the vehicle's ignition key and know where the

Valet® switch is. Be sure to check with the installer for the location of
the Valet® switch. Turn on the ignition. Press and release the Valet®
switch, within 10 seconds. The LED will stop flashing and the vehicle
should start.

To enter or exit Valet

®

Mode

■ Turn the ignition to the "on" position. Turn the ignition back off. Press

and release the Valet® switch within 10 seconds. The Status LED will
light steady if you have entered Valet® Mode. To exit Valet® Mode,
repeat the steps above. The LED will turn off when exiting Valet® Mode.

To activate panic mode

■ Press and hold

down for 1.5 seconds.

To exit panic mode

■ Press .
