Slide the Ultra Track under the Top Bracket so the head of the

bolt engages in the top center T-slot of the Ultra Track and the ruler
bar is in the groove of the Top Bracket. Adjust the hex nuts (below)
and the acorn nuts (on top) until there is a minimal amount of up-
and-down play of the Ultra Track between the Top Bracket and the
Adjuster Plate, then tighten the nuts against each other.

See fig. 7.

Go to the CLAMP ASSEMBLY section on page 4.

Attach the 16" Ultra Track to your Woodhaven 202, 203

or 204 Router Fence. Insert two 5/8" screws (MF006) through
the pair of holes in the Fence Base on the side of the dust port
(We show it mounted to the right of the dust port as you face
the front of the fence, but it can be mounted on the opposite
side if desired.)
and start an oval nut (5760B - flat side first) on
the ends of each screw. Slide the center T-slot of the 16" Ultra
Track on to the oval nuts as far as possible, check for square
to the Fence Base and tighten the screws. See fig. 8A-B.

USING THE ADJUSTER

Loosen the two fence clamp knobs of your Router

Fence and the ratchet handle of the Fence Adjuster. Adjust
the fence position and re-tighten the fence knobs and ratchet
handle. Set the ruler bar to the desired position for reading
any incremental fence movements you make. Use the front
and back stops to set any range of movement limits needed.
