1 Introduction
This user's handbook must be read
through carefully and in full. It forms a part
of your newly acquired solar-powered
house light number (with external solar
panel) and contains important directions on
its use and operation. In what follows, the
product will simply be designated as
'house number light'. If any queries arise
concerning its use, contact your dealer or
our service centre. The user's handbook
should be kept in a safe place and, if
applicable, passed on to the next user.
2 Delivery specification
Immediately after removing the packaging,
check the contents of your house number
light for completeness. In addition, check
that all the parts are in perfect condition.

1 x Mignon battery NI-MH 1.2V/1200 mA
3 x Sets of numbers (0-9)

3 Specified use
This product is a house number light. The
external solar cell converts sunlight into
electrical energy. The external solar panel
permits the solar-powered house number
light to be installed even on the shady side
of the house. The energy is stored in the
battery included in the pack. When
darkness falls, the light switches on
automatically, the requisite energy being
supplied by the integral battery. The
product is intended only for private
dwellings and for outdoor installation and
use.
Any use other than as specified in this
handbook is disallowed and will lead to the
product being damaged
.
4 Safety instructions
IMPORTANT:
Observe the following instructions to
prevent injuries and material damage.
DANGER: The consequences of failing
to observe these instructions may cause the
house number light to malfunction or not to
function at all.
The guarantee will be invalidated in respect
of any material damage or personal injury
arising from a failure to observe the
directions given in this handbook,

instructions.

consequential damage. The user's
handbook must be kept and, if applicable,
passed on to the next user.
