As shown in Figure 8 on page 9, entering the startshield list command string will
list the commands unique to each ZED shield. For example, if you have plugged the Blue-
tooth-enabled Z-PAN Shield into the Platform, simply enter the following command into
your terminal console to initialize the Z-PAN Shield and access its commands:
startshield bt
Each individual shield is described in the following sections.
Disconnect the power from the Platform before inserting or removing any of the ZED
shields, and always use a grounding strap to prevent damage resulting from electrostatic
discharge (ESD).
