3.16 Cooling
A passive heat sink is mounted on top of the CN6880 package. The heat sink is designed to
withstand shock and vibration tests according to the environmental conditions. The heat sink
keeps the processor die temperature below the maximum rating of 125°C under any
conditions listed in
Environmental Considerations on page 53 .
