Tap the dust out of the HEPA filter over a dustbin or to clean the filter through a blowing

(we recommend the filter cleaning outside of living area for hygiene reasons) (Fig. 16).

If the protection micro filter is very dirty, you can also rinse the pleated side of the HEPA

filter under lukewarm slow-running tap. Hold the filter in such a way that the pleated side

points upwards and the water flows parallel to the pleats. Hold the filter at an angle so that

the water washes away the dirt inside the pleats. Turn the filter 180° and let the water flow

along the pleats in the opposite direction. Continue this process until the filter is clean.

Having finished the maintenance, both the HEPA filter

A14 and microfilters A12, A13 can be

inserted back into the vacuum cleaner reversely.

ATTENTION

– The „UniBag” dust filter is not intended for repeated use.

– DO NOT THROW THE ADAPTER AWAY!

– Do not use any aggressive washing or cleaning agents or hot water to clean the HEPA

filter and the micro-filter.

– The HEPA filter and the micro-filters are not intended for cleaning in a dishwasher.

– Proper insertion of the dust filter to the holder will secure the mechanical safety lock.

Now you can close the lid of the vacuum cleaner

– Neglecting regular replacement of micro-filters can result in the vacuum cleaner failure!

– Make sure that the contact surfaces and sealing elements are functional.

– We recommend replacing the HEPA filter twice a year. Replace the other micro-filters

if they cannot be cleaned properly or if they are damaged. You can buy a replacement

dust filter, a HEPA filter and a micro-filters in the elektro shop chain.

Storing accessories

Accessories, floor nozzle, suction pipes and hose can be disassembled and stored separately.

Parking openings (protrusions) can be used for storing the assembled cleaner in a so-called

parking position (obr. 23). For better stability, slide individual parts of the tube to each other

so that the tube is as short as possible. When storing, always set the floor nozzle to the carpet

position (i.e. with the brush retracted); thus you will prevent bending of the bristles.

The pillow nozzle

C4, brush C5 and slit nozzle C6 can be stored in the accessory holder C10.

V. MAINTENANCE

Store the vacuum cleaner at a dry place, far enough from heat sources (e.g.

fireplace,

stove, heating element) and protect it from weather conditions (e.g. rain, sunshine).

Treat surface of the appliance with a soft and damp cloth, do not use coarse and aggressive

detergents! Store the appliance properly cleaned at a dry, dust-free place out of reach of

children and incapacitated people.

Floor nozzle, brush, parquet nozzle

After any vacuuming it is recommended to check visually the brushes or collectors for

possible impurities. If there are some impurities, remove them.

Cleaning the TURBO nozzle C8 (pic. 25)

Cut the threads and hairs with scissors. Turn on the vacuum cleaner. The cleaner vacuums

the cut hairs and threads. In case hairs or threads got tangled up around the attachment of

the brush cylinder and cannot be removed with the above-mentioned steps, it is necessary to

remove them with a suitable tool (e.g. tweezers).
