Online Services Introduction (OLS)
Online Services (optionally available) enables the document system to connect to a central
server.You can use Online Services for:
• Receiving software updates
• Online diagnosis of errors and system problems
• Receiving messages on new options, etc.
It is always the system that initiates the connection. It is not possible
to make a connection from outside to the system.
Connection Settings
Before you can connect to a central server, you must set the connection settings.You must
set these settings only the first time you use Online Services.You can connect with:
• Local Area Network (LAN)
• Analogue Modem (Optional)
