ERROR MESSAGE POSSIBLE CAUSE SOLUTION
Top cover opened in ready
status.
Close top cover.
Top cover opened during
booklet making process.
Close top cover, press Enter
button.
Cover has been closed
following “Cover is Open”
message.
Press Enter button to reset.
Too much paper loaded,
causing motor overload.
Remove all paper. Turn off
power for 3 seconds. Turn on
power to return to ready status.
One of the control panel keys
has been pressed during
booklet making process.
Turn off power for 3 seconds,
then turn on to return to ready
status.

TROUBLESHOOTING
* Be sure to turn off power before cleaning.
* Use a soft clean cloth dampened with alcohol or neutral detergent. The folding rollers may cause paper
slipping or smudging with paper dust or ink if they are dirty.
* Always disconnect power plug from outlet after use.
