Remote Mounting of the Blower Pack with RH Series

1. This installation guide is intended to be used in conjunction with the RH Series installation

manual.

2. The remote mounted blower should be located at least 7’ off the floor to prevent the discharged

steam from coming in contact with pedestrian traffic or any obstructions.

3. When installing the remote blower pack, ensure the primary voltage to the RH Series has been

switched off at the electrical panel, or that it is unplugged.


4. Find a suitable location for mounting the remote blower pack. The surface should be flat with

adequate clearances for the top, side, and front:

5. The blower pack has two teardrop (or keyhole) openings on the back of the cabinet for

mounting purposes. They are located 8 ¼” apart, and 1” from the top of the blower pack

cabinet.

6. Measure the screw locations and use two #8 screws, 2” long. The screws should be

anchored in a standard 2” x 4” wood stud or equivalent to ensure adequate support of the

blower pack and connecting steam hose.
