• Insert the new PROM watching that its 45° bevelled angle matches with the one on the
socket.
• Put the transport plate back into the recorder, being very careful not to trap or squeeze
wires.
• Screw back the four transport plate screws.
• To put the lid back in place, grab one hinge with each hand holding it upright and insert
gently the hinges into their slot. Push down softly until you hear a click.
Once the PROM has been replaced, please let us know which version has been
installed and the recorder's serial number.
