1.1.4. Phonebook

This webpage is used to transfer telephone user and extension information that is
available on the ipPBX to the local phonebooks on the Berkshire 5000 telephones.
Once transferred, the phonebook can be accessed on the Berkshire 5000
telephones by selecting “MENU” and then “Phonebook” on the LCD menus. The
local phonebooks on the Berkshire 5000 telephones support “Office”, “Home” and
“Mobile” telephone numbers. The extension numbers on the ipPBX are transferred
as “Office” telephone numbers. To add information for the “Home” and “Mobile”
telephone numbers click the “Edit” button. Once the information is complete click the
“Send” button to transfer the information to all the available Berkshire 5000
telephones.
