3.1. Call Monitoring

The voicemail webpage can also be used to access the call monitor functions. Here
you can view the call history of all the calls to and from the extension. For those
calls for which call monitoring has been activated it is possible to play a recording of
the monitored call. To activate call recording during a call it is necessary to press
“#2” on the keypad of the phone. There may be legal implications in monitoring calls
without the knowledge of both parties.
