TCP Application Resource Configuration
Configuring Remote Access Service Resources
Overview
Remote access services include remote character terminal services (such as telnet and SSH) and
traditional terminal services (such as IBM3270). Using these services, you can manage a remote host
through a simulated terminal window on your local host. To ensure the security of data transmission, SSL
VPN uses the SSL encryption technology to encrypt data that are formerly transmitted on the Internet in
plain text.
Configuration Tasks
Select Resource > TCP Application from the navigation tree to enter the page shown in Figure 17 .

Click Add on the page shown in Figure 17 to create a remote access service resource in the page shown
in Figure 18 .
